Moretons handled the sale of our flat just off Maunsel Street between June 2011 to Dec 2011 with professionalism, humour and clarity of thinking. That last, ‘clarity of thinking’ i.e. what was a realistic price, not just a vendor’s dream, given that we had a flat that was in the middle of a lease extension and due for redecoration, was something that impressed us both.
