Lettings Administrator Vacancy
Moreton’s are currently looking to recruit a new Lettings administrator for their busy office in SW1. The lettings administration role is crucial to the smooth running of the lettings department and involves co-ordination between the negotiators, the property manager and the lettings accountant and most importantly our landlords and tenants. The candidates should have the following skills:
* Good communication skills, especially a good telephone manner
* Team player
* Good prioritisation skills
* Attention to detail
* IT skills: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
