Crabtree: Block Management

Moretons were pleased to announce on 1st April 2008 that we had been acquired by Crabtree Property Management Ltd. Crabtree are based in North London and their property managers cover the outside of London and the South East of England.

Our property managers will still be based in Rochester Row and will continue to look after our existing portfolio. However we now have the advantage of a bigger accounts team and greater support in our administration services.

Crabtree and Moretons have the same values in encouraging a personal service dedicated to resolving issues with speed and efficiency whilst keeping up a proactive level of communication.
